Five years ago we sold our somewhat complicated heritage property and Mike was up to the challenge. He then helped us downsize to a townhome - a bidding war we won thanks to him. Fast forward to this April. My husband found a dog…a big dog to add to another dog and cat. Suddenly the few things that we couldn’t change in a condo property added up when we couldn’t have a fenced yard, so we called Mike again. I insisted as our experience was so great last time.
We searched for a bit, and Mike was right on with sale prices of houses we’d look at but weren’t quite right for us. And then he knew our house before we did. A great fit!
We were then in a hurry to sell and his advice was spot on again. There were two other units for sale in our complex, one with a better lot than ours. Mike’s advice on cleaning and staging cost us, but the investment was returned to us ten fold as we sold our house in less than a day, above list, setting a record in our complex.
I have recommended Mike again and again. He knows his job and supports his clients. Everything Mike has recommended has been to our benefit and I have no doubt each of his clients is cared for as we have been.

We wanted to take a moment to share our personal experience with Michael. 12 years ago Michael helped us purchase our first family home, and we had no doubt that we wanted him as our agent again.
We realized early in the pandemic that our family had outgrown our home. Our teenagers became virtual students and I was permanently working from home, so we quickly ran out of work spaces around the house. We knew it was time to sell and find a new home.
To ensure we got the biggest bang for our buck, Michael gave us great recommendations on what we needed to do in the house to help sell it at the highest possible price. We had so much faith in him that we followed every suggestion he gave us and he was absolutely right! We sold our house over asking within a week! We were ecstatic as this helped us purchase our dream home!

i just wanted to express my gratitude for Michael. I have had overwhelming emotions over the last year. I had reached out to you in the past and let you know how great of a job Michael had done when we were in a very sticky situation with our home and a broker. We had a lot of pressure on us. Michael was kind and patient and went above and beyond to do whatever he could to help us out last year. Unfortunately due to circumstances the best opportunity was for us to sell our home, this year.
Of course we wanted to use Michael. I was very nervous after the bad experience I had last year with trying to sell my home. This year that all changed, Michael came in, had a plan right away, and even though I was nervous from time to time he was able to keep me and my family calm and reassure us that we could trust him and everything he was doing was for the best for my house to sell. I was in complete shock whe we had several hours within 24 hours of the listing. When Michael called usand told me and my husband about the offer it was absolutely amazing, my first initial reaction was tears of joy, literally I cried. LOL. I couldn't believe how fast and great of a job he had done. It saved us from more hardship and disappoinment that we didn't want to have to go through anymore. It doesn't surprise me though, he is confident, understanding and very patient. I would recommend him and your company to anyone, my family and friends would agree after seeing the work and hours that Michael had put in was really amazing. From beginning to end, Michael was absolutely amazing to work with on the purchase of our new home and on the sale of my old home. He is a great real estate professional that offered us invaluable guidance along the way. He worked hard to negotiate an exceptional purchase price for us on our new home. He offered great insight and perspective that helped us to make wise and informed decisions along the way. During the sale of my home, his infectious positivity and calm demeanor kept us grounded as we placed our full trust in him and we are so glad that we did! We were so pleased with the service we received from Michael Plomaritis at Coldwell Banker we wanted to share our experience.
Michael is so caring and understanding. The buying and selling process can be quite stressful. Michael knew our needs, wants and ultimate goals which absolutely was confirmed when he brought us to our Dream Home in our budget, within our distance necessity requirement, supreme land size and on the water no less!
His knowledge of real estate provided negotiation strategies to ensure peace of mind by establishing additional time for the sale of our home, which eased a lot of stress.
Selling was especially stressful for us as we had designed our house, but Michael was always there to calm our nerves and assure us that everything would work out. He was diligent about how to market our house and showcase the features which made it unique. Michael always returned text emails immediately, and he made sure we got a great price and peace of mind.

I want to compliment one of your excellent Realtors, Michael Plomaritis. He went to great lengths to help my family out, when many other agents and brokers had steered me in a very bad direction. My husband and I were basically forced and blind sided in putting our home up for sale. At the end of the day we didn't want to leave. This is a home we wanted to stay in long term and was passed on from my husband's mother when she passed away. I received quality service and professoinalism from Michael. His extended help is a prime example of what a professional Realtor and caring person should be practicing. He knew just what to do to solve my problem quickly and was able to come up with a solution. He went above and beyond my expectations for a Realtor. He put in several days and hours to ensure at the end of the day we weren't forced into doing something we would regret.

As a Mortgage Agent, it is my business to acquaint myself with many real estate agents, some of whom I’m proud to call friends. This made for a difficult choice when my wife and I decided to sell our home: how do I choose between friends for a transaction that’s both very personal and yet can affect my own business?
Ultimately, we chose to have Michael Plomaritis list our home. Michael and I have worked together for several years with many different clients. Because of my significant history with Michael, I knew that he had the drive and tenaciousness to get the best price for our home. You might think that it doesn’t matter which agent you use in a hot market like this. However, our house was a heritage home that needed a lot of updating and we were looking for a special buyer. I am the pastor of St. Joseph Orthodox Church. I have known Michael Plomaritis for several years and our Parish relies on him for real estate service and guidance.
Several years ago we outgrew our former church building in Toronto. We unsuccessfully attempted to find a larger property that would suit our needs. However, once we began working with Michael things changed.
He immediately helped us assess our goals and helped us define our needs. His plan for a sale and purchase was practical and very effective. Through his marketing and guidance, we enjoyed a multiple offer situation on our sale and, ultimately, at a higher price than we initially expected prior to Michael’s involvement.
Our purchase was in a location we had not previously considered due to our unfamiliarity with the area. The result is that we are very pleased with our new location, our property, the purchase price and the entire negotiation process. Our new property has value for our Parish that goes far beyond the obvious physical aspects – it suits our community’s character and use very well.
